LSU Lands 4-Star WR JoJo Earle

JoJo Earle

The LSU Tigers just dipped into Big-12 territory and picked up a big time name. JoJo Earle announced Thursday via Twitter that he will be continuing his athletic and academic career at LSU.

Earle is a wide receiver for 9x state champions, Aledo High School in Aledo, Texas. Last season he finished with 84 receptions for 1,601 yards and 15 touchdowns. It didn’t stop there though; he would also rush for 429yards and 11 more touchdowns on the ground. Quite ridiculous if you ask me.

247Sports composite has him rated as the No. 1 wide receiver in the state of Texas, and the No. 12 wide receiver in the nation. He held offers from Oklahoma, TCU, Texas, Georgia and many others, but LSU had him from before he even got the offer.

Just get him the ball and things will happen. He is quick, explosive, and elusive with the ball in his hands and is going to be a deadly weapon from the slot. Earle is only 5’9 but at 170-pounds his frame is enough to keep him protected.

The LSU recruiting class takes a major jump with the addition of JoJo Earle, jumping from 29th to 19th overall. He joins players like Raesjon Davis, 4-star outside linebacker, and Deion Smith, another 4-star wide receiver.
