Nick Saban is at it again, proving to be one of the best recruiters of all time. On National Signing Day Saban was able to flip not one, but two LSU Tigers into his 2021 recruiting cycle. The biggest one being Jojo Earle, the No. 1 wide receiver in the state of Texas and 5th best receiver in 2021 according to 247Sports.
Back in April we saw Earle announce his commitment to the Tigers via Twitter. Coming in hot off the Burrow/Brady offensive combination, Earle looked to fill some of the holes lost. LSU still has plenty of talent remaining in their 3rd ranked 2021 class.
Alabama now has four amazing wide receiver recruits in the class of 2021. The nation’s No. 2 WR Jacorey Brooks headlines the group along with Agiye Hall, Christian Leary and now Jojo Earle. He will also join Aledo alum Jase McClellan who committed to the Tide last December.
JoJo Earle is quick, explosive, and elusive with the ball in his hands and is going to be a deadly weapon from the slot. Even though he is only 5’9 but at 170-pounds his frame is enough to keep him protected. Texas’ No. 1 wide receiver held offers from Oklahoma, LSU, Texas and more.
With the commitment of Earle, and plenty of other talented recruits, the Crimson Tide are looking at possibly one of the best recruiting classes of all time. Currently they have the top recruit in the state of Florida, Alabama, Texas and even Michigan along with the 2nd best recruit in Mississippi.
