Four-Star ATH Dasan McCullough Flips from Ohio State to Indiana

Dasan McCullough

Indiana University just received a major shake up in their 2022 recruiting class. Four-star athlete Dasan McCullough announced earlier Sunday that he will be flipping his commitment to the Hoosiers. Dasan is now set to join his father Deland, and younger brother Daeh at Indiana University. On top of that if Dasan’s commitment sticks this will be the Hoosiers highest rated football recruit in program history.

Dasan McCullough is a 6’5, 220-pound four-star athlete that plays safety, and wide receiver for Bloomington High School. Many project him to play outside linebacker or edge rusher at the collegiate level. He is currently the No. 6 athlete in the Class of 2022, and the top player in the state of Indiana.

Back in August of 2020 we saw Dasan McCullough commit to Ohio State University a few months after receiving the offer. He holds over 40 offers from all over the country including schools like Alabama, Oregon, and Clemson. His father, Deland McCullough, recently joined the Indiana University football staff as the associate head coach/running backs coach. After this many speculated if Dasan McCullough would flip to Indiana, but nothing truly pointed to a de-commitment.

This gives Indiana just their second commitment in the 2022 recruiting cycle making it the 52nd ranked class in the nation. Three-star inside linebacker Kaiden Turner committed back in March. I expect this to cause a pretty decent snowball for the Hoosiers recruiting.
