The Baltimore Ravens have been one of the better teams when it comes to finding talent through the draft. Orlando Brown Jr., Lamar Jackson, Mark Andrews, J.K. Dobbins are just a few names of players they found without a premium draft pick. It looks like their ability to draft talent might actually finally have bitten them in the behind though.
2x Pro Bowl right tackle, Orlando Brown Jr. has requested a trade from the team. According Ian Rapoport Brown found his “comfort spot” this year while subbing for Ronnie Stanley at left tackle. He is only willing to play for teams that will play him at his preferred left tackle position.
“Growing up in my household, if you were going to play O-line, my dad didn’t want you being on the right side…I want you to be better than me.” That meant playing on the left side, the premium side Brown said.

Brown was one of two third round picks back in 2018 by the Baltimore Ravens. At Oklahoma Brown played left tackle, and performed well. The Sooners didn’t just win games with one of the best offenses in college, but Orlando Brown won Big-12 Lineman of the Year 2x too. A poor NFL Combine lead him to fall into the 3rd round despite being one of the top lineman out of the 2018 NFL Draft.
There should be plenty of NFL teams calling Eric DeCosta about trading for Baby Zeus. Teams like the Los Angeles Chargers, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, & even the Cincinnati Bengals would make a lot of sense. Whatever team trades for him, it will most likely have to be a pretty big haul. Laremy Tunsil cost the Texans two 1st round picks and some.
