Ethan “Boobie” Feaster Commits to USC over Alabama, LSU & Texas A&M

USC landed a massive commitment on Thursday as five-star wide receiver Ethan “Boobie” Feaster announced his pledge to the Trojans. The 6’1, 180-pound pass catcher out of DeSoto (TX) chose USC over Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M and several other national powers, giving Lincoln Riley a cornerstone piece in the Class of 2026.

Feaster, who recently reclassified from the 2027 class, has been one of the most heavily recruited prospects in the country. The Texas native visited multiple SEC schools throughout the spring, but his connection with Trojans receivers coach Dennis Simmons—who has developed stars like CeeDee Lamb and Dede Westbrook—played a major role in his decision to head west.
On the field, Feaster has already shown elite production at the Texas 6A level. As a freshman, he hauled in 30 passes for 634 yards and nine touchdowns while helping DeSoto capture a state championship. He followed that up with 57 receptions for 824 yards and 13 scores as a sophomore, bringing his career totals to 1,489 yards and 23 touchdowns in just two seasons.
Feaster is regarded as one of the premier wide receivers in the country thanks to his polished route running, strong hands, and ability to create separation against top defensive backs. He’s ranked among the top 25 overall prospects in the 2026 class and is viewed as a future NFL-caliber talent.
With Feaster on board, USC strengthens its hold on the nation’s No. 1 recruiting class. Landing a player of his caliber over multiple SEC contenders is another statement win for Riley and his staff as they continue building a roster capable of competing for championships in the Big Ten.
