Nick Saban and the 2021 Crimson Tide recruiting class was already legendary before Wednesday afternoon. That wouldn’t be enough for Saban though as he continues to haul in recruits. Terrion Arnold would announce his commitment to the University via social media, making this recruiting class even more historic.
Terrion Arnold is a four-star safety out of Tallahassee, Florida. He plays football at John Paul II Catholic Academy and is also a talented basketball player too. According to 247Sports he is the No. 3 safety in the class, and the No. 25 player overall. Over 45 schools offered Arnold a scholarship, including schools like Notre Dame, Georgia, Oregon and Texas.
Ultimately he narrowed his list down to Florida, Georgia and Alabama. The Crimson Tide won their recruiting battle thanks to Nick Saban and Terrion Arnold’s relationship. He feels the coaching staff has a great plan for him and the defensive group they have built there this offseason.
Arnold will be joining a stacked group of defensive backs featuring Ga’Quincy McKinstry and Kaine Williams. In total the Crimson Tide are adding six defensive backs to their roster from the 2021 recruiting cycle. The Crimson Tide also has five-stars Dallas Turner and Damon Payne committed on the defensive side of the ball. Arnold and McKinstry will also look to play basketball at Alabama.
