McKinney would find a little bit of life in the 2nd half after finding some rhythm in the passing game, but it was too late to climb back from Prosper’s rushing attack. Even though both teams had similar numbers in total yards, the game tape was completely flipped. Prosper finished with over 200 yards rushing, and captured their District title. They were able to control the game clock, and never allowed the McKinney offense to find a groove.
